Air conditioners blow cool air into your home by pulling the heat out of that air. The air is cooled by blowing it over a set of cold pipes called an evaporator coil. This works just like the cooling that happens when water evaporates from your skin.

When your system isn’t working the way it’s supposed to, this can significantly affect the comfort level in your home. You may find that your furnace is simply not able to keep up with your thermostat settings or that your home is much cooler than it used to be.

Clean cooling coils generate cool air more efficiently. The system uses less energy to produce cool air, costing you less to operate the unit.

Recently I was installed new HVAC system and new Ecobee Switch device, which helps me to do the voice control of the thermostat. Plus I read article with comparing Ecobee 3 vs Ecobee4 on whatever-tech.com/ecobee-3-vs-ecobee-4-reviews/ and think Ecobee 3 is better for me.
